FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to FAW-VW)as a large vehicle manufacturer,its production activities will inevitably involve a large number of parts and blanks and other material ordering behaviors.The company’s traditional material order management is based on paper materials,orders for the carrier,through the transfer between the various departments and the leadership of the approval of the paper after the signing of the purchase orders will be delivered to the procurement department to achieve the ultimate order.However,with the continuous expansion of enterprise scale,the increasing order quantity of materials,the shortcomings of the traditional paper materials orders are gradually appearing: for example,the applicant need to take a large number of materials,purchase orders are sent between the various departments and thus delay time,material orders in the transfer between the different departments can not check the progress of their approval,and easy to lose,not conducive to the preservation of material orders and follow-up inquiries,etc.Therefore,FAW-VW in urgent need of a more efficient management in order to strengthen the management of goods orders,standardize internal management processes.This article takes the FAW-VW electronic material ordering system project management as the core content,combined with the FAW-VW electronic materials ordering system construction,according to the project integrated management knowledge,depth research and analysis on the start of the project of electronic material ordering system,the plan of the project,the team management of the project and the implementation of the project.It will provide a comprehensive management of the project that has a theoretical basis solution for the FAW-VW electronic materials ordering system project,and improve the probability of successful implementation of the project and enterprise management efficiency,and then save resources and realize the sustainable development of enterprise.
