ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system is modern enterprise management software, which is widely used to manage the good flow, cash flow and information of a company and improve the management efficiency. The electronic letter of credit now widely used as receipts in international trades, which are usually credit by an individual electronic letter of credit platform (another-software). In order to create an electronic letter of credit, date transformation is needed between ERP system and electronic letter of credit platform. This process reduces the accuracy and security of electronic letter of credit, which also consume lots of time, and decrease the efficiency of the company. In order to solve these problems, the electronic letter of credit platform and ERP system are integrated to form a new system in present study.In this study, set out of fact the analysis of requirement is carried out from the real target, in order to identify the business process, and the analysis of business process is also taken up. The design and module splition of system are carried out in order to identify the relationship of data and form structure; The realization of ERP intergrating credit letter platform is taken up according to the former theory, and discussion of performance is presented. The electronic letter of credit platform and background data and ERP system are integrated to form a new system in present study.In this study, business flow, date flow and system platform are newly designed. The block edge, system design and block division are defined by the business flow. The date relations and relative tables are also designed. By all above new definition, electronic letter of credit platform is created as a part of ERP system. Electronic letter credit of created just by calling the date of business flow, cash flow and other needed information. The integration of letter of credit system and ERP system has lots of advantages. As they are in one system now, there is no need of date transformation. Therefore, the accuracy, consistency and reliability of electronic letter of credit can be confirmed. The management efficiency of the company is also improved by saving the time of date transformation.The integrated ERP system, with its own electronic letter of credit platform, is actually used in a Logistics Company. Beside the confirming of the accuracy, consistency and reliability of electronic letter of credit, this new system also improve the management efficiency of the company by reducing the time spending on the management of electronic letter of credit, including creating, revising and query.
