A Research On Application And Optimization Of The Electronic Procurement Platform Of Citic Dicastal Co.,Ltd

With the popularity of electronic commerce,traditional procurement way of manufacturing enterprises is also changing.Manufacturing enterprises begin to introduce electronic commerce into their procurement course.Citic Dicastal's electronic procurement platform is constructed under the above background.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current researches of electronic procurement at home and abroad and abstracts related concepts and theories.These researches and theories give theoretical basis for problems analysis and problems solution of the electronic procurement platform.Secondly,this paper describes the background of constructing electronic procurement platform of Citic Dicastal and analyses the design,function and operation result of the electronic procurement platform.The application of electronic procurement platform at Citic Dicastal changes its traditional procurement models,improves its procurement efficiency,lowers its procurement cost and makes procurement more transparent,easy and simple.Thirdly,this paper analyses the existing problems of the electronic procurement platform at strategy level and tactical level.At strategy level,the electronic procurement platform fails to connect to every party of supply chain and fails to introduce the most advanced electronic procurement models.At tactical level,the procurement platform has problems such as system management problems,basic material data problems and group popularity problems.Finally,this paper gives optimization and supporting measures at strategy level and tactical level for Citic Dicastal's electronic procurement platform.With these measures,the electronic procurement platform will be more helpful for improving group procurement management of Citic Dicastal.This paper is not only beneficial for the improvement and development of the electronic procurement platform of Citic Dicastal but also provides experiences for constructing electronic procurement platform of other manufacturing enterprises.
