Coal industry has been gotten into a resources integration epoch because the development of economic. The coal industry from the extensive style must be refined. Traditional coal logistics operation mode has been difficult to satisfy the requirements of economic growth and resulting in a large number of wastes of resources. But with the coal to build a new operation mode of goal companies can not complete by the companies themselves. We must base on the coal logistics system, to put out a new way to operate CGLS and make a green degree evaluation to it. This thesis start from the non green aspect of traditional logistic, build a model of CGLS and make a green evaluation to it. Which give reference for the government in making coal green logistics industrial policy, leading and promoting coal enterprises to carry out green logistics.First we describe development status for extensive coal logistics, we bring the idea of greening into coal logistics, put forward the necessity of developing CGLS, analysis the obstructive factor of developing CGLS and sketch the overseas and domestic research status, based on the results of researches, from the perspective of system, with the goal of making the economical effect, social effect and environment effect integrate, we construct an integrative structural model of CGLS including the infrastructure platform, the information platform, the application platform and the external environment platform which can solve the problem of systematicness, the information unimpeded access and the technology support. we take B company for example, analysis the feasibility and concrete application of the CGLS model. We use AHP and FCE to make greenness evaluation of B company, inspect the green degree of the CGLS model. The thesis provide theoretical basis and reference value for government to make policy and company to develop CGLS.
