As one of the basic and major energy resource in China, coal plays a very important position in China's economic structure.Because coal resource distribution of China is very wide, coal consumption situation is different, thus leading to the huge volume of coal, which put forward higher requirements for China's coal logistics. The coal logistics is the main part of the coal industry, not only can promote the rapid development of our economy, also can give environment brings about many unfavorable influences.Domestic and foreign academics and government focus on how to improve resource use efficiency at the same time reduce the negative impact on human society and the environment of the coal enterprises, while the green logistics system of the coal enterprises to establish a new research method to solve this problem.This article through analysis and summary the literature of domestic and foreign green logistics, analyzes the connotation and characteristics of green logistics, using sustainable development, ecological and recycling economics as theoretical basis, deeply discuss the dynamic mechanism of the coal enterprise green logistics and existing problems to our coal enterprises to implement green logistics, puts forward the green logistics system of coal enterprise. On this basis, this article, through the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish a green degree evaluation index system of coal enterprise and green degree evaluation model. Then regards the pingzhuang coal industry company in chifeng city as the research object, gives the scientific evaluation of enterprise logistics green degrees. Finally, this article summarizes the main conclusion and puts forward some policy suggestions.
