Designed by principles of justice and equity, integration between material incentive and spiritual incentive, differentiation incentive, as well as long-term and short-term incentive, the paper proposes the improving measures and optimizes the present incentive mechanism from five dimensions of work incentive, wage incentive, personal growth, emotion encouragement and organization environment. In the hope of implementing these measures, the paper plans to stimulate employee’s positivity and creativity in work in a more effective way with constant progress. As a result, these measures will raise the enterprise’s performance by a big margin, and help the enterprise achieve sound and fast development. At the same time, the measures can also enhance employee’s personal ability and quality, which will be beneficial to personal improvement and help them develop together with the enterprise.
