In the past two years,the situation in the financial industry has been more volatile.Especially in the first half of 2018-2019,the P2 P platform and private equity fund companies that provided the most jobs in the financial industry have fallen one after another,which is a baptism fo r the entire financial industry.In 2018,along with the opening of financial reforms,many international large-scale foreign private placements began to enter the Chinese market,quickly dividing up private equity cakes,especially the securities and equity categories of private equity fund managers,which accounted for a large proportion of the private equity market.However,the original private equity of other categories gradually faded out of the private equity circle and began to find a new way out.TC Company is a private fund company of other types.At the beginning of its establishment,TC Company has caused a serious lack of the performance appraisal system of sales team and a low overall operating level due to its family ties and credibility.This leads to the employees of sales team unable to go hand in hand with the company's strategic goals,which severely hinders the future development of the company and individuals.This paper takes TC company sales team as the research object andconducts a deep exploration on the performance appraisal system of the sales team.Moreover,the theoretical basis was determined by extensively reading the domestic and international performance management related literature.The rearch starts from the description of the organizati onal structure and personnel situation of TC company,the basic framework and evaluation criteria of the sales team performance appraisal system are expounded.And also,through the questionnaire,the employees' cognition of the status quo of the existing sales team performance appraisal system is obtained.At present,the sales team mainly has problems that the evaluation indicators are too one-sided,only focus on the target results,neglect the process management,and use the assessment results in a single way due to the deep exploration.Then,the reasons which cause these problems are analyzed.More importantly,in this study,a balanced score card method based on SMART and AHP was designed.At the same time,optimize the application of process management methods and assessment results,and match the corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of system,personnel,corporate culture and training.This paper hope to provide ideas for the construction of the performance appraisal system for the sales team of TC company or the sales team of the same industry.
