Statistics Business Process Reengineering In Shenyang District A

Business Process Reengineering (BPR), a revolution of changing the way of working with information age is new and international popular management concept and method since the end of 20th century. Its background of creation is based on 3C challenges faced by enterprises, namely challenges from Customers, Competition and Changer. BPR is an idea of management which is significant in reengineering of original business process such as resources and human resources structural adjustments in order to improve the whole competitiveness of enterprises. After process reengineering, to transform original management model of function-oriented into new type of process-based management. BPR ultimately realizes the fundamental change of operation and management of business.Since 2012, National Bureau of Statistics fully implemented a set of enterprise table regulation. It is a significant innovation of statistical concepts, a system reengineering of statistical survey process and a profound reform of statistical data mode of production, to a more scientifically advanced and standardization of statistical data acquisition transport, sum-up, and process link. On this basis, this paper combines BPR’s concepts and methods, reengineers statistics business process in Shenyang District A, furthering the reform and improvement of statistics organization and management in order to improve efficiency and quality of District A statistics business.This paper introduces overseas and domestic research status of BPR and outlines the current statistics status of District A, then describes data acquisition information system of a set of enterprise table, in the meantime, the existing problems are analyzed. Furthermore, this paper puts forward measures of statistics business process reengineering and organization structure for Shenyang district A. Finally, I make a summary and prospect of statistics BPR plan in Shenyang District A.
