Study On The Optimization Of The Performance Management System Of The Rural Credit Cooperatives In BZ

Performance management is the key and foundation of human resource development and management, and performance management of rural credit cooperatives is an important pillar of a connecting link between the employee and the rural credit cooperatives. Therefore only fair, scientific and systematic performance evaluation of rural credit agency staff, promote the development of rural credit cooperatives to be effective. The research of this paper focuses on the staff of the BZ rural credit cooperatives to improve performance management system, based on the original performance appraisal system, and other financial institutions to guide the improvement of performance management system.In this paper, we first introduce the concept, principles, methods and other related knowledge, and construct the theoretical basis of this paper. Secondly, it analyzes the general situation of BZ rural credit cooperatives, and analyzes the current situation of the performance evaluation of the company’s employees, and points out the problems and defects of the SWOT. In view of the many problems of the existing staff performance appraisal, the performance appraisal system is improved from three levels of company, department and staff.This paper focuses on the strategic objectives of BZ rural credit cooperatives, using the KPI method, from four aspects to determine the key performance indicators. Then the index is decomposed to construct a scientific and reasonable index system. Then, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the index, and carry out the relevant calculation, the final result is obtained.
