rural credit cooperative is a widely distributed rural finance institution with its own features.However,with the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,they gradually realize that it is more and more crucial to improve business administration and cope with industry competition.A reasonable performance management system can motivate employees effectively and improve their work enthusiasm.We can achieve the business objectives of the enterprise by it.At the same time,it enables the enterprise management staff to extract the KPI clearly and grasp the indicators of the enterprise in real time so that it can achieve the goal of determining the enterprise's strategic decision finally.The current problems in the performance management system of the QT Rural Credit Cooperatives Association(hereinafter referred to as QT RC C):The performance appraisal program is not detailed enough,the performance appraisal indicators are not reasonable enough,the performance appraisal communication feedback mechanism is imperfect,the performance appraisal related training is lacking,the performance appraisal process and the result satisfaction are low.Therefore The research on the performance management system,which is scientific,instructive and suitable for the management characteristics of the Rural credit cooperatives,not only has the important research value,but also has the urgent realistic significance.Therefore,as long as using the scientific and effective evaluation methods,and scientific and objective analysis,so that the performance management can achieve a fair and open effect,that will not only ultimately improve the enthusiasm of employees and work efficiency,but also adapt the social development faster and better.This paper is trying to design a reasonable performance appraisal system with the help of Balanced scoring method,analytic hierarchy process,KPI and some related methods.At the same time,through the study of the supporting measures of the performance appraisal scheme,it can ensure the effectiveness of the design and implementation of the performance appraisal scheme,it will promote the development of the Rural credit cooperatives and the realization of the strategic objectives. |
