After 30 years of development and growth, China’s property management grow from scratch, from small to large, and has become an indispensable service mode of the people ‘s work, study and life. Property management industry cover various kinds of housing, from commercial housing to indemnificatory housing, from residential area to public architecture such as offices, industries, schools, hospitals, etc, from single type to comprehensive type, from marketized property management to socialized logistic property management for government unit. Recently, the property management industry has boomed, the number of property management companies grew rapidly, customers as well as qualified workers increased promptly. The ZX Property Service Corporation was founded in 1994. After 20 years development, it has become a modernized company which is influential and prestigious in the property management industry, and has formed the national development situation, covering east Southern China, West China, North China, central China five large regions. In recent years,the ZX Property Service Corporation has been committed to the enterprise upgrading transformation, in order to make clear the direction of development of property management industry, to promote efficient and orderly property management services, and to study its development strategy which has important value both in theory and reality.This paper combines the theory of development strategy of related enterprises domestic and abroad, with the ZX property Service Corporation as the object of study. Firstly, this article carries on analysis on the external political, economic, social and cultural environment facing the ZX property of Service Corporation, and on the environment of the property service industry of our country. Basing on the detailed and accurate data, this paper summarizes the effects of ZX property Service Corporation development strategy of internal resources and ability condition.
