China communications market still has quick development though the global market went through network crisis. China has world No. 1 cell phone user quantity as well as the landline telephone until the end of 2006. Thanks to this Chinese communication Instrument Company will have a great opportunity. But the foreign company is still in the leading position on communication testing field. How domestic Instrument Company can grasp this opportunity to reduce the gap with the foreign company when the 3G time is coming? What they should do to keep its continuous development?With his working experience and MBA study the author is trying to find out the answer for these questions in this thesis.This article analyses the present situation of the communication testing instrument industry in our country in details, according to study Jishang Science and Technology Company which is a well-known communication testing instrument. And it studies the competing environment,advantages,chances,and problems in the course of the communication testing instrument enterprises development in our country, by using PEST environment analyses, Port of five competition patterns , SWOT enterprise analyses, etc. It also gave us practical advice on manufactures' long term development.
