Since the reform and opening up, China’s real estate industry developed rapidly, gradually become a pillar industry of national economy, the rise of the real estate industry, has played an important role to promote the development of economy as a whole, and other industry. Especially after the cancellation of welfare housing distribution system in 1998, regional real estate industry ushered in a good market prospect, residential property prices are also rising. Commodity housing market act as an important part of the real estate market, the development degree of it directly affect the vital interests of the residents, at the same time it is also the focus of attention from all walks of life. Therefore the study of commodity housing price has an important significance for driving the development of national economy, meet the residents’ basic living needs, guide development investment decision and regulation policy.As a result of the commodity residential house`s difference from general merchandise heterogeneity, the formation of the commodity residential house price is deeply affected by the degree of regional development, the research on the price of a specific region need to combined with the commodity residential house market situation and the regional basic economic development. In view of this, get an collection of national economic indicators and other real estate related index time series data, combined with regional characteristics and development situation, to do the analysis of the commodity housing price in Hohhot. In the study of the regions in different level of development often focus on a single region, so the result can’t reflect the regional market development level compared with other regions. In this paper, Based on the analysis of the commodity residential house price, horizontally compared with other second-line western cities whose development degree is close to Hohhot. By measuring the development level between different real estate market as well as the comparison of the index which influence the changes of commodity housing price, reflect the development level of Hohhot in real estate industry in the western cities.To predict the future price of commodity house by using the linear regression analysis method, Analysis the influence degree of various factors on the price and forecast the price for the next few years combining the factors affect. Use the single index analysis methods in the study of horizontal comparison between cities. According to the index contrast results, judge the development level between real estate market and commodity residential house price.Through the analysis on the influence factors of commodity residential house price, the forecast of future price and the development level between cities, hope for the perfection of the investment as well as the regulation and control policy in real estate market, play a reference role in consumers’ buying behavior.
