Study On Development Strategies Of Chinese New Energy Based On The Perspectives Of Quantity And Price

For a country, energy is an important material resources of economic and social development, and also is the important guarantee to the healthy development of the economy. In the process of modernization, energy has the pivotal status. In 2012, China’s GDP reached 51.93 trillion yuan, the total energy consumption reached 3.62 billion tons of standard coal. In recent years, our country’s economy has maintained a rapid development speed, but we should also recognize that the energy shortage is increasingly become an obstacle to China’s economic development. Along with the surge of worldwide oil prices, energy security is increasingly being taken seriously by government. Economic development, reduce energy consumption, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, protecting the environment, vigorously develop renewable energy and the search for alternative energy sources all have become major issues of common concern to the international community.Above all, the article aims at having a general understanding, including the basic concept of the new energy, the need of developing new energy in China, the current status of new energy industry, as well as problems in the development of the situation of China’s new energy. On the basis of the understanding, combing a variety of energy theories. Then analyzing China’s new energy development problems and regular patterns from two perspectives of quantity and price, finally providing relevant countermeasures.Firstly, from the angle of energy consumption, with the factor analysis as the breakthrough point. First, collecting the data and determining the main variable factors, then began to influence the development of new energy using Co-integration Analysis and Grainger Causal Test, finally putting forward the countermeasures against the influence factors.Secondly, in the perspective of energy prices, starting from the price game, in sorting out the traditional energy and new energy prices change law, on the basis of building new energy and traditional energy equilibrium analysis model price. Then in the precondition of according to China’s new energy development strategies, putting forward related countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of Chinese new energy.Finally, the author colligates the above entire analyses, for grasping the direction of the overall development of China’s new energy from two aspects of domestic and foreign.
