| In March 2014, the Xinhua News Agency suggested that using city group as the main form of new urbanization, and promoting the coordinated development of medium and small cities and small towns. In the process of urbanization, the problems of population, resources and environment needed to rely on the concepts of wisdom and the wisdom technology to solve. Which is the main study content of wisdom city in the theoretical circle at present stage. With a new point of view, this article combined city group and smart city, and put forward the concept of “smart city group”, built a theoretical model. And applied it to the integration construction of Xia-Zhang-Quan group, which had far-reaching practical significance.After analyzing, we found Xia-Zhang-Quan group had preliminary got the bases and conditions to construct “smart city group”. Using urban characteristic demand analysis model to analyze the three cities, we found Xiamen and Quanzhou had comparative advantages in terms of traffic compared with other cities, while Zhangzhou had comparative high level in population. On the basis of the analysis of previous chapters, we put forward the specific construction mode of Xia-Zhang-Quan “smart city group”. Including building smart industrial system, expanding the smart application system and improving the infrastructure. Finally, suggesting that we need to build strong organizational leadership mechanism, scientific and pragmatic propulsion mechanism, comprehensive and effective guarantee mechanism to promote the construction of Xia-Zhang-Quan group.At present, the construction of “smart city group” in our country and even in the word is in promoting and developing constantly. My understanding of “smart city group” may be not enough in-depth, and the construction mode of Xia-Zhang-Quan “smart city group” may exist unreasonable place, it still need further research. Hope this article can provide little help to the research on construction of “smart city group” in our country. |
