Research On Quality Of Cultivated Land In Jilin Main Grain Producing Areas

The arable land is the import material basis for human survival and development, it is the core resource for agricultural production, and it is the important indemnification for food security and the sustainable development of agricultural. Facing our country, there are many exacerbated serious problems, such as less per capital arable land, poor quality of cultivated land, serious land degradation, a big shortage of cropland and gradual reduction of the trend of arable land and so on. With the rapid development of china’s economy, society and urbanization, Chinese agriculture has come a road with high input, high output, high speed and high environmental costs. Urbanization and infrastructure have more and more encroachment on high-quality cultivated land. Soil pollution extended. Households’ quality of arable land protection behavior is woken. Therefore, the protection of cultivated land resources is particularly critical to meet basic human survival and development demand. Protection of cultivated land does not rest simply on the number, but also to the cultivated land quality protection. In order to achieve this transformation and make reasonable proposals for quality of cultivated land research, this research selects Jilin Main Grain Producing Areas as the study area.Jilin Main Grain Producing Areas is an important national commodity base. The research summarizes relevant theory on the basis of quality of cultivated land, and analyzes of the current situation and declining problems of the quality of cultivated land in Jilin Main Grain Producing Areas. The research investigates the circumstances of Jilin Main Grain Producing Areas, designs statistical variables of questionnaire, analyzes the data of questionnaire by Logistic regression mode, and then reveals the factors of quality of arable land protection behavior to provide references for constructing protection mechanisms of quality of cultivated land.The analysis results show that: The quality of cultivated land has phenomenon in Jilin Main Grain Producing Areas, such as serious land degradation, a big shortage of cropland, gradual reduction of soil pollution, falling water tables and less gifted by inferior phenomenon. The constraints of quality of cultivated land are technical factors, institutional factors, management factors, and input factors. The factors of quality of arable land protection behavior are investigator age, education level, awareness of the important of quality of cultivated land, the degree of concern of quality of cultivated land, the total number of households, agricultural income proportion of total household income, crushing degree of farmland, publicity condition of quality of arable land protection, government investment for quality of cultivated land. The results of the above analysis, the paper proposes construction of protection mechanisms of quality of cultivated land in Jilin Main Grain Producing Areas. It includes preservation incentives of households’ quality of arable land protection, input mechanism of government’ quality of arable land protection, management mechanism of quality management of cultivated land protection, oversight mechanisms of quality of arable land protection.
