| Guizhou Province has started to set industrial parks from 1992. The parks have achieved initial success after 12 years’ construction. Many of industrial parks locates in the rural area, such as Bijie Qianxi Industrial Park, Jinsha Industrial Park and Weining Wuligang Industrial Park, which will be analyzed in this dissertation. On the other hand, according to the National Poverty Standard of 2300RMB(published in 2012), Guizhou Province still owns 15.21 million rural poverty-stricken people, which accounts for 45.1% of the rural population.Weining Wuligang Industrial Park is located at the northern part of county town. 19883 people from 7 villages which belong to Caohai Town and Yangjie Town, have involved in this program. Most of them are peasants who live in poverty.The construction of Wuligang Industrial Park has have a great influence on the production and living of the peasants in the vicinity. So does the peasants income. This dissertation studies the effect of Weining Wuligang Industrial Park Program to peasants income increase in the vicinity.The first part introduces historical background, research purpose and significance. The research methods, framework, innovation and current situation have been included as well. The second part continues to introduce theoretical foundation and concept definition of this study. The third part describes the situation of Wuligang Industrial Park and neighboring villages, and analyzes income changes of the peasants in the vicinity. Based on the questionnaire, the fourth part studies the effect of Wuligang Industrial Park to the peasants income increase. On the basis of the former part, the fifth part offers some measures to increase the income of peasants in the vicinity of this industrial parks, including enhancing cultural education, aiding agricultural leading enterprises, promoting agricultural cooperatives, adjusting agricultural structure, developing rural finance, perfecting social security, and improving rural manufactures. |
