| Peasant issue is the core of researching "Peasant, Village and Agriculture" problem. And the income of peasant is the key of solving the problems. So we must correctly understand and analyze the basic situation nowadays, actively explore and establish a long-term efficient mechanism, create perfect environment for farmers to increase their income. This paper focus on increasing the income of peasant of Hanchuan city in Hubei province. Firstly, it analyzes the current status of the income of farmers, summarizes the main characteristics of the income of farmers in Hanchuan city. Secondly, the article explores the seven-key-factor restraints of the farmers income, including the increasing cost of the cultivated land, backward agricultural production conditions, the low level of agricultural industrialization, the inadequate development of the Second and the Third estate, the relatively slow process of urbanization, the low quality of the peasants, the difficulty of the reasonable flow of rural surplus labors and so on. Finally it relatively puts forward the measures&policies of the long-term efficient mechanism of increasing the income of peasant of Hanchuan city, such as policies surpportment, industries surpportment, technology protection, organization protection, rural and urban combination, industrial and agricultural unity. |
