Analysis In The Ingredient And Increasing Factors Of The Peasants' Income

In this article, the status of peasants' income in our country was analyzed at large with time series analytical method. Peasants' problem is the core of Three main problems of countryside, and the key of peasants' problem is to increase their income. Therefore, to increase peasants' income is the start and end spot of agricultural and economic development in countryside.The first part of this article is the pandect. At first we studied on the background of increasing peasants' income problem, and then expatiated the contents, structure, study methods and research conclusions of this article.The second part of this article is the statue of peasants 'income in our country. The gross, the form and their changes of peasants' income were studied. It appeared that the net income of per capita was significantly increasing, but the speed was slowly and the disparities among regions was in evidence too. Household income was still the mostly source, but the proportion of agricultural income was gradually decreasing and nonagricultural income was gradually increasing. The net income of production management was main source, but the proportion of primary industry income was gradually decreasing, and second and third industry were gradually increasing.The third part is the emphasis of this article. We analyzed the formative factors of peasants' income increasing, which including economic growth, agriculture growth, price fluctuation, public spend of government, tax system changes in countryside, nonagricultural employment changes. We used correlation analysis to study the relationship between economic growth and peasants' income increasing. The speed of increasing peasants' income should be faster than the speed of economic growing. The peasants' income increasing depended on the price growth of agricultural products. Government should strengthen public spend, because the proportion of spend was not enough in current. To increasing agriculture economy, to accelerate agricultural tax reform and to pushing nonagricultural labor changes in countryside are good ways to ensure peasants' income increasing.In the forth part of this article, we analyzed the peasants' expending states in our country, which including gross and structure of their reproduction spends and living cost. In current, the gross of peasants' reproduction was increasing, but its proportion was about keeping in 28%. The gross of peasants' living cost was also increasing, and its proportion was still above 60%. But the gap between high pay and low pay was still obviously in our countryside, and the expenditure structure of high pay was similar with urban...
