The Influence Of The Integration Of Rural Agriculture,Industry And Service Industry On Farmers' Income In Hubei Province

The report of the 19th national congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of revitalizing rural areas,accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and accelerating the integrated development of rural industries.The no.1 document of the central government in 2019 pointed out that centering on the eight-character policy of "consolidation,enhancement,promotion and smooth flow",arrangements were made for the following agricultural development,and a plan was put forward to strive for the integration of rural industries and give full play to rural characteristics.This is the party central committee in view of the current rural development face many problems to make major decisions,rural industrial convergence development is the only way to achieve rural revitalization,production and management system is to realize the agricultural modernization of inevitable choice,can make China's broader industrial convergence,element concentration and penetration of science and technology,make China's urban and rural development more reasonable,inject new vitality for the Chinese economy.The general secretary has repeatedly proposed to make farmers more prosperous and happier.The decision proposed in 2019,combined with the current complex international situation and domestic development,has pointed out the direction for China's agricultural development.Hubei province is an important economic city in the central region.The integration of rural agriculture,industry and service industry has developed well as a whole.But there are also a variety of conditions that affect the continuous development of industrial integration,and the gap with developed areas is also gradually opened,resulting in a lot of problems.Whether these problems are solved or not determines the quality of rural industrial integration and development in Hubei Province,and also determines the degree of farmers' income improvement in Hubei Province,as well as the degree of farmers'income improvement in hubei province.First of all,through literature review,journals and newspapers,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of domestic and foreign scholars on rural development,summarizes the theories supporting the integration of rural industries,and USES theoretical analysis to illustrate its positive impact.Then,the paper intuitively expresses the level of rural industry integration and the status quo and existing problems of farmers'income increase in hubei province through the form of data and charts,and analyzes the causes of these problems,providing a basis for future Suggestions.Thirdly,econometric analysis is used to verify the previous theories.Through analysis,it is found that there are still some problems in the integration of rural industries in hubei province,such as relying too much on investment,not developing its own characteristic industrial system,not equipped with corresponding financial policies,extensive development mode,and not conforming to the idea of green development.Finally,the paper summarizes the problems put forward by theoretical analysis and econometric analysis,and provides targeted Suggestions for the government.
