Study On Assembly Unit Production Mode Of T Company

With the continuous development of China’s aviation industry and military products marketing, aviation products are also compromised with opportunities and challenges.Current opening market poses enterprises with great competition in the market. Enterprises need to change the original production mode into a customer-oriented service in order to meet customized and changeable demand to settle in the market. In order to adapt to the varieties and small batch order of the market, more and more enterprises begin to investigate and apply unit production mode.Unit production mode applied in lean production ideas and tools, is relatively easy to implement. Unit production mode has the advantage of flexibility and demanding less investment, it can make full use of work force, make a comprehensive balance of equipment usage rate and production rate.This paper first analyzes the assembly line of T company, raised the problems in existing production mode. Then demonstrate the suitability of unit production line in T Company.Secondly, the paper proposes methods to improve some factors effecting production efficiency of T Company, and design the detailed steps to build unit production line.Finally, the paper evaluates technical indicators of unit lines based on QFD method, so that the production unit problems could be quickly positioned and improved.The scientific mode of Unit production are gradually used and promoted in enterprises.Study on Unit production mode in the enterprise application is very meaningful to others; the application theory of unit production should also be constantly developed.
