Manufacturing is the basis of a country and the mainstay industry, it can accurately reflect a country’s production capacity, the level of national economy and comprehensive national strength. In 2011, China is the world’s largest manufacturing nation. Now with the rapid development of science and technology, manufacturing industry has brought China a huge space for development and substantial profits. From the early stage of the development of manufacturing to now, the pipeline highlights the role in industrial production has become increasingly obvious, and gradually grow into an indispensable part of industrial production, it can not only highly improve the products quality and production efficiency, also can greatly save human resources. As a form of production organization, efficient and advanced production line has been playing an important role in production. In the early 21st century, running water production line started to be used in automobile assembly and manufacturing. Since then,it opened a new page in mass production, and brought unprecedented glory.Recently, the majority of the existed products in the market are generated with the method of assembly line production.Under this kind of production line, The balance rate of the production line play an very important role to reflect the production efficiency and quality, but also is the important indicators of production line production capacity. Production line of static balance rate can reflect the production efficiency under the ideal state of operation, and the ratio of dynamic balance can reflect production line in actual balance rate under the interference by outside factors.This paper aims to explore the fluctuations factors of production line balance rate, and introduce these factors to the equilibrium rate calculations, then forming production line of multi-factor dynamic balance rate model and the cycle time measurement. By improving these factors, increase the efficiency of production line. Through the investigation from Alvin assembling line in F company,, I found the balanced rate which F company use to measurement and calculate by using the exist method is in consistent with the actual observed, as well as it has a a low balance rate and come out. By analyzing the reasons on the inconsistence between balance rate and the actual problem, a new method to measure the cycle time is put forwarded, and a rate of multi-factor dynamic balance model is established, through the measured data validation and Flexsim software simulation, proving that the model is suitable for Alvin assembly line. According to the low dynamic balance rate and the production problems, we improved the Alvin product assembly line field and get a significant improvement in results,the balance rate and yield all have been improved.
