| Paternalistic Leadership is prevailed in Chinese organization. It includes three elements: Benevolent Leadership, Moral leadership, and Authoritarian leadership. Because of the aggravation of the competition in the society, Employees’ work intensity and pressure is increasing, many enterprises are encouraged to work like a "workaholic", and the phenomenon has aroused the community’s concern and attention. This paper is based on the research about “workaholic†that Spence and Robbins have done in 1992, then introduced the antecedent variables--- Paternalistic Leadership, to analysis the Influence of paternalistic leadership on the work addiction, trying to find the leadership that Suitable for the characteristics of China culture, and also the leadership that Can effectively reduce the negative impact of work addiction.This study includes three phases: First, we carefully review the literature about these concept, and advance the construct model of study, based on it, we produced a set of hypothesizes; Then, we conducted a questionnaire research, we mainly use the online questionnaire website to collect the data for the further analysis from the employees that located in different city and different corporate. Finally, we use the SPSS and AMOS to analysis the data that we collected. The outcome have prove some of our propositions, including:1.
