The thesis topic is "The reflection of paternalistic leadership on work ofsubordinates innovation behavior: the mediating role of psychologicalempowerment", in view of the differences of Western corporateculture, transformational leadership in Western culture thanthe obvious, paternalistic style of leadership in theChinese region the enterprise is a very common status quo kindof patriarchal leadership style, the work of their subordinates innovativebehavior what effect? Subordinates under theleadership of the paternalistic leadership, psychologicalempowerment part will bring what kindof reaction and results? This is my main purpose to study the issue.The study of paternalistic leadership inauthoritarian leadership, the benevolent leadership as well as the Moral Leadership of three major parts to explore the work ofsubordinates innovative behavior, employee psychologicalempowerment, divided into four levels of analysis, namely, themeaning, self-efficacy, self determination and impact; employees feel in theirown degree of psychological empowerment will further theirorganizations more innovative behavior, so I will be inChina the research enterprise " The reflection of paternalistic leadership onwork of subordinates innovation behavior: the mediatingrole of psychological empowerment " from subordinates feelings comeand test the psychological authorized intermediary role and thus affectthe work of innovative behavior.
