Justice is a universal value of human society and eternal pursuit of mankind. Spatial Justice is a critical theory proposed through the combination of geographies and justice. In the context of globalization and urbanization, the role of city has transferred from the production space to consumer space. While the consumer space is in large-scale expansion, it has caused problems such as "no place" production, privatization of space resources, "symbol of violence", and other social isolation and exclusion justice issues. Currently, the academics research on the injustice of the consumer space, mostly from inner critical perspective of spacial justice, which includes both the social system critique from Marxist geography through the analyses of capital logic behind the consumer space and the injustice of the shaping process of consumer space through analyses of power, culture, information and other mechanisms from new culture geography. This paper is based on the critical theory of spatial justice which consists of two parts, one is about the representation of injustice social relationship within consumer space and the other, is about the construction of target to spatial justice value. Thus leading to the establishment of spatial justice evaluation system to consumer space in accordance with certain principles. This paper select the commercial pedestrian as research scale and choose Datang Mall in Xi’an which has characteristics of postmodern consumer space as empirical case study. Based on extensive survey and interviews, this article makes a evaluation to the spatial justice of Datang Mall.In the system building part, the paper constructs a evaluation system which includes three level indicators, six secondary indicators, and 19 three indicators. Based on the Lefebvre’s space theory, the evaluation of spatial justice to consumer space consists of three sections: procedural justice evaluation, structural justice evaluation and humanistic justice evaluation. The procedural justice evaluation is based on the satisfaction of relocated residents as the main investigation index, it carries out that the lands of farmers are occupied and their space rights are deprived during the production of Datang Mall space. The procedural justice index is at a general level(five levels: very satisfied, more satisfied, in general, is not satisfied, dissatisfied). The structural justice evaluation is mainly based on the consumer place justice, the space for food consumption and culture, entertainment is extensive, however most of such space is in high threshold, which excludes the access of the public sectors and the grass sectors. Such a space is typically the elite cosumer space. The consumer space for the public and the grass in far less than the title’s. In the humanistic justice evaluation, the perceptual evaluation of the elite at all levels is higher than other social strata. There exits a lack of humanistic justice in the consumer space of Datang Mall.
