Research On Coordinated Development Of Realestate Industry And National Economy In China

Because of the industry relevance of real estate, the development of the real estate industry affecting other industries, the real estate industry occupies an important position in national economy. At present, there are some new problems in the development of the real estate industry in our country. Through analysis the huge impact on the national economy that happened in Japan and the United States.We recognize the importance of coordinated development between the real estate industry and national economy.This paper through the relevant economic theory, and then detailed analysis the relationship between the real estate industry and national economy, the bad development of the real estate industry to the development of national economy, detailed analysis the investment, rate, and consumption that have the effect on the real estate industry. Based on the above analysis, this paper building an evaluation system in coordinated development about the speed of the real estate industry development, the investment level of real estate, the price level of real estate, the internal structure of real estate industry.And we do the discussion in some way of the methods and indicators. Then we conclude some empirical data about these indicators.In combination with the present situation of the real estate industry and the development of national economy. Through quantitative analysis, we found that there are some problems in our real estate industry, such as the investment is not reasonable, the real estate price is too high. Aiming at the current outstanding problems, we comb the regulation and control policy on the real estate industry. Then we give some policy suggestions in reasonable growth, regulating the internal structure, rationalization price of the real estate industry.
