This study mainly analyzes and presents the development and construction path of the internet finance of Ryan Capital Group. Its purpose is to help Ryan Capital Group to construct the construction and development model of the internet finance of the Ryan Capital Group and guide Ryan Capital Group to further promote the construction of the internet finance, find proper feasible development direction and avoid the risk. It is divided into six chapters. The chapter one is the introduction and it describes the research background, research purpose and the current situation of the internet finance research. The chapter two introduces the basic concept and operation mode of the internet finance. The chapter three introduces the current situation of the internet finance construction and proposes the conception of internet finance construction of the group. The internet construction of Ryan Capital Group should be realized by information construction and E-commerce platform construction. In the chapter four, it constructs the information construction model of Ryan Capital Group. In the chapter five, it analyzes the E-commerce platform construction path of Ryan Capital Group and constructs the construction model of P2 P net credit platform of Ryan Capital Group. The chapter six is the conclusion. It summarizes the significance and model of the information construction and E-commerce platform of Ryan Capital Group, and proposes the suggestions for the internet finance construction of Ryan Capital Group.In chapter two and three, it adopts the literature research. It studies Xie Ping’s Manual for Internet Finance, Luo Xiongming’s Internet Finance and 2012-2017 Strategic Development Plan for Ryan Capital Group and summarizes the main opinion of the literature. The thesis quotes the literature result above and lays foundations for author’s detailed understanding and display of the internet finance construction of Ryan Capital Group and helps author show the whole image of the internet finance of Ryan Capital Group at length. In chapter six, it adopts case study and comparative study method. It compares the similarities and difference between domestic two typical P2 P cases: PPDAI and Credit Ease and constructs the P2 P Net Credit Platform construction model of Ryan Capital Group, thus design O2O+locally warranty new type of P2 P net credit mode for Ryan Capital Group.By way of classification and presentation of the internet finance construction path of Ryan Capital Group and combining the current internet finance theory, it indicates two paths to construct internet finance of Ryan Capital Group: construct enterprise information and p2 P net credit platform.
