Enterprise Group Financial Control Research Based On Information Technology

The rapid development of modern information technology provides strong technical support for enterprises group to implement centralized financial control, and more and more Enterprises Group are aware of the necessity and importance of using information technology to financial control. So, this paper focused on the Enterprise Group Financial Control Study in the information Environment as follows:First, starting with the analysis of the five main methods of the enterprise group financial control, it clarified the present problems of enterprise group financial control, and the same time, it proposed that information technology can provide technical support to the financial centralized and real-time control for the enterprise group. Addressing the above problems, it proposed the general framework of financial control in the IT environment to achieve centralized financial control for the enterprise group, and then explained each financial control method specifically: For the overall budget control methods, establish a comprehensive budget management platform and make sure of the contents of a comprehensive budget, then use the information technology to control the budget management process; for funds control, set up the fund settlement center to implement centralized management of funds, and the use of information technology to achieve real-time control of funds; for financial reporting style, established financial reporting management platform and used the information technology to achieve automation of the merger report; for performance evaluation of control methods, established the performance management platform, and assessed the of the Group's subsidiary company based on the platform; for the financial control approach, established monitoring systems and Changed manual way through the remote network auditing. Finally, it proposed the four aspects of guarantying the financial control under the information technology, including building a network platform, ensuring information security, unifying financial system and the constructing the financial culture.At present, as the group companies use modern information technology quite inadequately and the financial control system is not perfect, this paper aims to use the means of modern information technology, and propose options through focusing on the five ways of the enterprise group financial control.
