Research On Financial Management Information Of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation

In the age of economic globalization,in order to deal with the fierce competition in the market,enterprises continuously expand the scales,constantly adjust the product and industrial structure adapting to the new enterprise strategy transformation and form a large group of companies.The traditional enterprise accounting computerization system cannot fully meet the needs of modern group's financial management,which means management and control capability of company faced severe challenges.Group financial information construction is an important way of improving the level of financial management and strategic decision making.Standardized,efficient and advanced construction of group financial management information plays an important role in focusing on analysis,evaluation,and decision making of the group's financial position,operating results and cash flow,avoiding financial risks of the group,and deciding for strategic deployment of different industry sectors.This paper starts with the related concepts of group financial information and lays a theoretical foundation for the financial information of construction of group firstly.Secondly,it chooses China Electronic Technology Corporation(CETC)as an example,deeply analyzing the current financial information of the group company problems according to the basic situation,organization structure and current financial management mode of CETC.It carries out requirements analysis and functional analysis of financial information const ruction of CETC based on general objective and development strategy of group finance.Thirdly,it carries out the overall design of the financial information construction of the group,setting up a standard system,and designing the system target and the w hole system function aiming at each part of management system.In addition,it designs and plans the implementation process,maintenance plan and key risk response plan of financial information construction of CETC.Finally,it analyzes the implementation effect of financial information construction of CETC and makes a summary.This paper conducted field research on CETC,collating and analyzing first-hand information,making detailed design and implementation plan of the financial information construction of the group,and providing reference for the establishment of financial management information in other enterprises,which had certain reference significance for promoting the development of modern financial management information in China's modern enterprises.
