With the rapid development of the economic globalization and regional economic integration, the investment internationalization, trade liberalization and financial innovation have been trends of the times, the large enterprise groups represented by “Made in China” increasingly integrate into the tide of economic globalization development. As an important part and innovation subject of socialist market economy, ZYNP is a China’s private car parts production enterprises, for the domestic various great famous engine manufacturers supporting, at the same time, it support parts for the three major U.S. auto companies, but on the road of international marketing, full of frustrations and thorns, facing with a variety of adverse effects and impact.In this paper, based on this background, using several kinds of research methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, comparative analysis and case analysis and so on, apply the knowledge of many subjects such as International Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Corporate Management and Mathematical Statistics etc., combine with the actual development situation of domestic auto parts industry and put forward the suggestions to develop the international market for ZYNP on the basis of analysis, comparison and reference. And providing reference and help for the domestic private enterprise group in the international market development.The contents of this thesis include of six chapters. Chapter I is the introduction, which is the research premise of the thesis. Chapter II is the theory overview of international market development, which is the theoretical basis of the research. Chapter III describes the current situation and influence analysis of international market development, which is the realistic starting-point of the thesis. Chapter IV summarizes the major problem existing in the international market development of ZYNP and explains the reasons, which is the research focus of the thesis. Chapter V is the research results of the thesis, which provides the optimized path and countermeasure selection for ZYNP development the international market. Chapter VI is the conclusion of the research. Compared with the similar research, this thesis has certain theoretical innovation and practical significance, which is conductive to the research paradigm innovation of private enterprise developing the international market, the core competitiveness promoting of private enterprise, the upgrading of industrial structure, transformation and upgrading of development pattern and the sound and fast development of exporting trade.
