With the rapid development of Chinese economy, more and more Chinese enterprises enter into the international market and establish their market position. But on the whole, the domestic enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises, their internationalization process was not always smooth including the high-tech and high value-added products. Like other nonferrous metal equipment manufacturing enterprises, Xi’an UNT Company must develop the international market and international business for the company’s growth. But in the face of disadvantages such as late development and weak foundation, how can it catch up with the pace of other peer companies to participate in international competition, it is the currently urgent problem for Xi’an UNT Company.In this paper, it is based on the international competition of Xi’an UNT Company, combining the Xi’an UNT Company current situation, using the SWOT method to analyze the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats during the international market development in detail. At the same time it evaluates the company conditions quantitatively by means of Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix and External Factor Evaluation Matrix, and then determines the company’s market position through the qualitative evaluation for Xi’an UNT. In addition, the paper also give an analysis of Xi’an UNT existing problems which currently in the international marketing. By market segment, it supplies some viable strategies for Xi’an UNT international market development. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the smooth development of international market strategies, it also proposes five measures to safeguard the international market has a good foundation.International market development is always the key development orientation for Xi’an UNT Company. The paper hopes to find out the global strategies for domestic nonferrous metal equipment enterprises, combined with theoretical studies to deepen my understanding of the actual work, and also hopes that through this research can provide Xi’an UNT Company with advice and reference in the international developing road.
