It is the logistics industry leader in the western region, However, with the expansion of enterprises and Chinese and foreign logistics enterprise competition, The current performance management method of DY logistics to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise has been unable to play its real effect. Therefore, Design a set of comprehensive performance evaluation system meeting the demand of enterprise management is of great significance.This paper firstly analysis and evaluates the study of performance evaluation of logistics enterprises, discusses on the relevant knowledge of modern logistics and the performance evaluation, which provides a theoretical support for expansion of below. Next, the article summarizes DY logistics company performance management problem, and points out the necessity of applying the balanced scorecard in performance evaluation. On this basis, the article focuses on the applicable to the performance evaluation system of DY logistics practical. Use SWOT analysis method to determine the DY the strategic environment of logistics, and map the company’s strategy. Then use the balanced scorecard to build the index systems of the company level, department level and employee level, and determine the index weight according to the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).
