Research On Performance Evaluation System Of A Logistics Enterprise Based On Balanced Score Card

With the growing trend of economic globalization,we are about to enter an era that is led by knowledge.A greater deal of attention is put on enterprise performance evaluation,and rather than information presented by financial reports,corporate stakeholders are valuing understanding the status of a company through performance evaluation more than ever.A good performance evaluation system can not only reflect a company's operating conditions objectively,performance it's management effectiveness and effectiveness,but also help the companies predict future development trends to a certain extent.Logistics enterprises belong to the industry that is supported by modern information technology.They are an important part of the national economic framework,as well as a basic industry that promotes the development of the economic globalization.To achieve a continuously development,it is crucial for these enterprises to use a performance evaluation method that matches their business conditions and development scale.And only by doing this can logistics enterprises seek development in this fierce competitive environment,gain a firm foothold,seize good opportunities,realize the transformation from traditional warehousing and transportation enterprises to modern logistics enterprises,and fundamentally improve the core competition.It is under such background that the author chooses the balanced score card(BSC)as a performance evaluation system for research and analysis,and introduce it to logistics enterprises,hoping to help these enterprises to establish a performance evaluation system based on the BSC that could reflect the operating condition of logistics enterprises scientifically and objectively.In this paper,we take the BSC as the topic of choice.First introduce the current performance evaluation theory and the BSC theory,then talk about some of the main points scholars hold on the BSC research and application.After that,the theory of BSC is explained in detail from different perspectives.Then through the analysis of the selected case of enterprise logistics enterprises A,the problems in performance evaluation are found.Through the analysis of the selected case enterprise A logistics enterprise,we find the problems in the performance evaluation,and then apply the data collected to the new performance evaluation system,according to the comprehensive analysis,we put forward some suggestions to improve the performance of A logistics enterprise.Finally,combined with the relevant theory of BSC,the expected effect and precautions of Applying BSC in A are discussed.The author hopes to provide some reference for other enterprises in the logistics industry through the research and analysis of logistics enterprises A.
