Producing logistics is an important part of modern logistics getting more andmore attention of manufacturing enterprises. More companies combine producingprocesses such as assembly, testing, factory with logistics management, materialhandling, purchasing, JIT, etc. To optimize the entire manufacturing logisticsprocesses. On the other hand, manufacturing enterprises have rapid development inrecent years, so its producing circumstance directly affect the development ofenterprises in the supply chain upstream and downstream. China, as one of the majorOEM and export processing country, is very important to the world`seconomics.Study the performance of producing logistics of OEM business will helpimprove our own productivity. Therefore, the establishment of OEM producinglogistics performance evaluation system will help understand the OEM producinglevel in detail, and it has important theoretical and practical significance to theresearch of the performance for the producing logistics of our OEM business.Firstly, the paper introduces logistics performance evaluation theory and thedefinitions and extension of OEM business. Discussing KPI and methodology andphilosophy of Balanced Scorecard, which is the basic theories and concepts of thispaper, analyzing the logistics performance evaluation connotation, characteristics andsignificance, etc. Then studying these theoretical principles and frameworks for theconstruction of evaluation system from KPI and BSC perspective.on the basis oftheory, the paper describes the development of OEM business,its characteristics ofproduction logistics, researching and describing the characteristics of the OEMproducing logistics system. Secondly, combining the characteristics of lean producingof OEM business, according to the general development goals of OEM business,using the method of construction and evaluation of BSC, respectively, from the costperspective (7), the production perspective (5), the process perspective (5),learning and growth perspective (4) to construct the corresponding producing logistics performance evaluation system, and follow the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to choose the return on assets, order fulfillment rate, on-timedelivery rate and employees incumbency into evaluation system. After the evaluationsystem built, through entropy method to calculate the various levels of evaluationindex weight, evaluating OEM producing logistics performance in accordance withthe requirements of the Balanced Scorecard and processes.On this basis, the paper selected CCL enterprise as an example for analysis,analysis of producing logistics performance of that business after the productionprocess optimization in2012, respectively, from the long-term (BSC) and short (dataenvelopment analysis) to analyze the development of CCL enterprise producinglogistics performance, calculated scores for each indicator and sorting, producingefficiency and return on assets improved significantly, most of the indicators showedsignificant improvement, indicating that after the reorganization of the productionline,producing logistics performance has also been optimization, new productionlines to meet the needs of the OEM business. Conclusion of the evaluation system hasprompted the development of OEM producing logistics becoming a strategic activities,and provides a scientific management methods to OEM manufacturing companies orvarious types of production enterprises performance evaluation. Hope to provide areference for specific business operations, management process.
