The rapid development of China’s economy brings new business opportunities to global businessmen. More and more foreign enterprise set up the business in China. These enterprises are advanced not only in production technology, equipment, but also in management structure and human resources. While there are more severe market challenges, it definitely brings higher requirements to the current foreign enterprises, involves more investments in resources either in the internal management or external opportunities for the enterprises to adapt them to China as well. To perform the proper organization change and do it smoothly has been became the top attention of those concerned enterprise.Based on the theory of enterprise organization change, this paper carries on the systematic analysis referring to the real case-the change of organization structure of S company, what are the key successful factors and how to perform the change management. It mainly includes enterprise organizational change vision, development strategy, human resource management and enterprise culture set up.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, which mainly stated the research background, the objective of this paper and the means of analysis. The second part is basic theory discussion. The author elaborates the theory of organization change and what was the research has been carried on. The third part is about the present situation of S company organization structure and the reasons of the change from internal drive and external drive. The fourth part studied the solution on proper organization change, which included analysis of key successful factors of organization change. Refer to the theory, how should S company to perform the organization change with change control from vision, leadership and human resource. Then proliferate the key learnings from real case of S company to the foreign enterprise to execute the organization change successfully.
