| With continuous increase of China’s passenger vehicle sales volume, China has suffered from environment deterioration and huge energy consumption, produce fuel economy and less emission vehicles has been common strategy of China’s main vehicle manufacturer. Since government has release Corporation Average Fuel Consumption(CAFC) evaluation methods and targets Phase IV of passenger cars and new energy vehicles support policies, OEM’s are facing more and more stringent restriction on fuel economy and need new energy vehicles to balance CAFC and promote brand image as well. However the new energy vehicle market is still emerging and high risk market: lack of infrastructure, high cost, long lead development, changing policy, etc. How to identify and evaluate risk prior to program initiation and provide clear strategy for leadership decision is highly concerned question on new energy vehicle development of each OEM.Right now the researches on new energy vehicle fields are more focus on technology solution, this article is aim at risk management evaluation, content including project risk identification, compare different risk evaluation method and utilize Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method to choose appropriate project, risk reduce and optimize method analysis, try to establish a feasibly risk management method for company reference.This article take SGM’s real advanced project as object of the research, through this risk management study to development a comprehensive risk assessment procedure in order to help program manager and company leadership aware of risk and countermeasure prior to it happens, and the analysis of risk mode on different kind of new energy vehicle technology road map can also become good reference for all OEM in this fields. |
