The latest application of logistics UAV brings new opportunitie s to the current logistics industry.It has epoch-making significance for the whole society and the whole industry.It can not only effect ively transport goods,but also enhance user experience and reduce the cost of enterprises,which is the source of enterprise innovation and the direction of continuous efforts of enterprises.While the lo gistics mode of UAVs under the Internet mode has dual identities,not only represents innovation and speed,but also represents stabilit y and reliability,which requires adequate risk management for UAV project research and development.Risk management is the basic w ork for enterprises to ensure safe production and achieve greater de velopment.It is also the fundamental path for enterprises to achieve innovation.This article revolves around the basic theory of project risk management and relies on the risk management methods of traditional UAV projects to analyze the risk management of logistics UAV project development for M-E-commerce companies.First of all,the characteristics of the traditional UAV project risk management and the whole process of risk management are studied.Then we analyze the risk management of the Internet project,identify the main risk factors of the Internet Project and the corresponding risk identification methods.On this basis,the typical methods of risk analysis,analytic hierarchy process and Bias network analysis are elaborated,and the Bias network analysis method is applied to the risk analysis of UAV.Then it introduces the logistics unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project under the Internet mode,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the project,builds the risk evaluation system of the project,and constructs the risk factor model of the UAV by Bayesian network analysis and analytic hierarchy process.According to the risk analysis of the built model,the risk factors of the project are calculated by constructing the judgment matrix and assigning the weight of the important degree.The risk identification table is formed,and the feasible method of risk response is put forward to reduce the probability of the risk.This article takes the new research object to take the lead in t he risk management of the logistics unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)project of M E-commerce companies.Through the new research id eas,it analyzes the important risk factors for the whole project,na mely,the security risk,the technical risk and the management risk.At the same time,the key logistics unmanned aircraft factors that a ffect the whole project risk,that is,the system failure factors,the performance factors of the control system and the performance facto rs of the navigation system are obtained,which provide the pertine nce for the follow-up risk response and promote the further develop ment of the logistics unmanned aerial vehicle.
