Transnational Mergers And Acquisitions’ Strategy Research For Ningbo Port

With the growth and development of global port operators,the competition of Port industry takes on a global trend. Ningbo Port wants to seize the initiative in the competition in the future,it is very necessary to make a further study on global competitor,keep tracking attention on the development strategy and dynamic. Transnational mergers and acquisitions is the most important strategy of the world’s leading ports operators. According to foreign direct investment theory and strategic management theory, this paper uses the method of theoretical research and case analysis, analysis and research on the strategy of Ningbo Port’s transnational mergers and acquisitions,emphatically analyzes the timing、the selection of target company、the mode of transnational mergers and acquisitions for ningbo port.
