| The relationship between transportation and land use roots in the relationship between transportation and traffic location, where shows the relationships of “chicken and eggâ€, and ultimately constitutes the interaction in the regional spatial development. Traffic location as a bridge to link the land use and transportation, embodies the transportation and land use mutual causality. Because of changes in the distance, direction, volume and other transportation conditions, which is the sigh firstly reflects the changes of location of economic activity, and traffic location, an important part of regional location factors, affects all kinds of network economy in transportation. So, evaluating the current status and characteristics for the elements of transportation network correctly must come first so as to coordinate the development between regional spatial development and land use.Transportation network, which integrates the hardware and software resources, is a complex system of geographical space where surface transportation network constitutes the subject and acts as the main media for the various economic agents. From the spatial perspective, it’s an important focal point to make clear the surface transportation network form and its associated parameters so as to identify and optimize their operational status. So how to break through the static evaluation such as the number of nodes, the size of the road network and road network density and adopt a “Transmission Network Analysisâ€to evaluate the local surface transportation network just make sense, which is a holistic approach contains all the elements as well as their technical and economic characteristics of the road network to analyze for running speed, radiation range of network nodes. This thesis takes the technical and economic characteristics of the transportation network analysis as a starting point, analysis of its significant impact on the integration of resources, land use and urban traffic area from the perspective of the logistics park. And one of the key factors affecting the performance of the logistics parks is their accessibility, then putting forward the quantitative measurement methods and evaluation model for logistics parks based on surface transport network. What’s more, proposing a GIS-T network analysis application process with the help of GIS platform and in the end, taking Liaoning Province as an Empirical Analysis for the logistics park accessibility evaluation. The main results and conclusions of the paper can be summarized as follows:(1) proposed the analysis architecture based on products, resources and network economic, described the composition of transportation resources and their properties of the network economy, and the practical aspects in developed countries and China;(2) Being different from the previous analysis of the role of the logistics park, this paper discusses the economic geography-based derivative function and the ability to integrate resources and derivative functions, and the interrelation among urban structure, land use and transport system, and emphasizes the importance of accessibility for logistics parks to play ability to integrate resources; and(3) in computing accessibility, transportation infrastructure parameters were measured for basis, and took Voronoi as a means of measuring radiation range of urban layers, and then simply to overcome the drawbacks of the measurement process parameters based transportation infrastructure which could not be introduced into the traffic demand and land use impact on accessibility features, and finally adopted 2SFCA to solve the supply side and demand side data accessibility, and ultimately reach a comprehensive evaluation of the logistics park;(4) with the helping of ARCGIS,there visualize the operation, the results are scientific and intuitive. |
