| With the recent rapid development of logistics enterprises and the application of information, communication, computer, and Internet technologies, logistics parks aim at the directions of information, networks, no-pollution, and efficiency in the 21st century. The accuracy, efficiency and safety of logistics parks have been the foremost criterions for logistics enterprises to immigrate into parks.Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) makes it possible for informationization of logistics parks. Government, enterprises, research institutes have paid more and more attention on this issue. ITS has made great influences on logistics in many aspects, such as the principle of the modern logistics, operation modes, management level, logistics system, logistics techniques, foundation facilities, talented persons and so on. On the other hand, many researches focus on the dependence of modern logistics parks on ITS. ITS has already been the major support system of modern logistics parks. The outcomes and innovations of this study are in the following description.From the point view of ITS, the relationship between logistics parks and ITS has been analyzed as well as the development trends through summarizing the current achievements. Through studying activities of logistics parks and corresponding decisions of enterprises in parks, the probability estimation model for the third party logistics companies to enter or leave a logistics park has been proposed.Synergetics was applied to Logistics Park combined with ITS and modern logistic integration technology. The definition of Logistics Park based on ITS was proposed. Element aggregate theory was adopted to study the formation of logistics parks. With the development of ITS, the logistics park will evolves to ITS- Logistics Park and become a regional cooperative Logistics.Cooperative factors are crucial to the stability of logistics parks. The cooperative regulation of logistics parks was analyzed and the cooperative model was established using ecological theory. A theory about logistics parks was developed, which include the selection, migration, cooperation, evaluation, information platform, and data mining. It is significant for the sustainable development of logistics parks.Dempster-Shafer (D-S) Evidence Theory was applied to logistics park system. The selection model of cooperative partner and the evaluation model of logistics parks were proposed. These models can be used to help logistics enterprises in choosing the cooperative partner and logistics parks.ITS and Agent were both adopted to set up Logistics information platform. Through conducting the requirement analysis, function and model design of logistics information platform, the framework of regional synergetic logistics information has been established.For the historical data of logistics information platform, data mining technology was used to establish a data mining model, which can instruct the migration of enterprises and optimize the cooperative layout of different logistics parks to realize the synergetic effects of logistics parks. |
