With the accelerated process of globalization, the global economic environment changes, the change of foreign trade system China. Foreign trade import and export rights policy to relax, let go, let many people and enterprises to join the team of foreign trade, the foreign trade industry competition, to small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises face the fierce competition. Small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises, the traditional foreign trade strategy is not suitable for the single China demand of foreign trade development, more and more poor operating conditions, living space is small. How to change the business strategy and management mode of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises, small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises has become a key problem that can benign survival and development.Small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang positive development of foreign trade, make full use of geographical resources and other aspects of the advantages of Xinjiang, has made remarkable achievements. With the change of domestic and international economic environment, the impact of the global financial crisis, the survival and development of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang there are still many problems in the foreign trade, poor operating conditions, development lags behind. For example, the export commodity structure needs to be further improved, a single business model, foreign trade enterprise comprehensive strength to be improved and so on. Therefore, to recognize the existence of Xinjiang small and medium sized foreign trade business strategy, seeking to promote the sustainable development of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang Road, is an important issue to be solved to the development of Xinjiang’s foreign trade and the development of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang.The innovation of this paper lies in, through to the capital flow, information flow, business management, personnel training and other factors were analyzed, and provide the basis for small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises to establish effective management strategy. This paper takes Xinjiang local small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises as an example, focuses on the operating conditions and business strategy of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang, to provide help for the management decision-making and the direction of development of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang, to fill gaps in Xinjiang small and medium sized foreign trade business strategy research literature less. In addition, through empirical analysis, analysis of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang are facing opportunities and challenges from the trade practice, located in the international market competition advantage or disadvantage, the research results are more consistent with the practice of foreign trade, higher practicability.
