The Research Of Core Competence Of M Medium And Small-Sized Foreign Trade Enterprise

Since the reform and opening, China's foreign trade of private enterprises has developed rapidly. However, in recent years, with the state's gradually easing on the private enterprises'export policy, the lowing of the threshold for foreign trade and the deepening of the country's openness, the international market competition became more and more intense. Traditional private foreign trade enterprises step to the era of competition of a Red Sea. Since last year, in particular, the deteriorating economic situation at home and abroad, the world economy is in crisis. Affected by this, China's foreign trade situation is not optimistic.M medium and small-sized foreign trade enterprise is a typical one in the industry. With the development of the country, it has made some of the accumulation. However, recently, it is stuck by the development's bottleneck and the speed of development is slowed down significantly.Based on core competence, the blue ocean strategy, supply chain management theory and my own experience, this study analyzed a string of issues during M's development process. It also raised some countermeasures and suggestions. This should be a useful reference to those to China's medium and small private trade enterprises.The first section: Explain the background of topics, related theories and research significance.
