The development of new energy, energy-saving emission reduction is the current world energy problems, in order to achieve the2020energy-saving emission reduction targets and non fossil energy accounted for15%proportions, hydropower will assume the important task of structural adjustment of our country the sources of energy. As a result of hydropower project is large in scale, complex technology, huge investment, long construction period, and a plurality of social and environmental impact is big wait for a characteristic, in the implementation process will also face enormous risks. However, at present our country on hydropower project risk management is immature, on hydropower construction project risk management research has far-reaching significance.Based on the literature reiview of project risk at home and abroad, this paper theretically discusses the relatvie contents of project risk management. This paper firstly identify hydropower construction project risk, divides the hydropower construction project into early decision stage, preparation stage and construction stage, and each stage had risk factors analysis. According to the principles of completeness, simplicity, low coupling, sensitivity, objectivity and consisitency, this paper established the hydropower construction project risk evaluation index system. Secondly the paper absorbs the analytic hierarchy process, grey system theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, establishes the hydropower construction project risk assessment model and risk node evaluation model on the basis of project risk identification, and through the case analysis to verify the validity of the model and the accuracy of. Finally, this paper constructs the risk management system and puts forward the hydropower construction project risk control strategies, including risk avoid, risk transfer, risk reduce and risk leave. This paper provides a specific reference method on hydropower construction project risk management.
