During the development and construction of these projects must be risk management process throughout.In this paper, on the basis of literature review, and connecting with the actual survey, the first research paper analyzes the current situation of project risk management at home and abroad, the concept of risk and risk management, characteristics, classification and so on has made the important discussion; Phase of the project risk management, function and method are expounded respectively, mainly introduced the phase of the project risk management, including risk identification, risk estimate and evaluation, risk response. For this article is using the Fuzzy AHP Comprehensive Evaluation Method is used for emphasis on, step Ahp and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is made a detailed introduction.
