Research On Risk Management Of Zibo Agricultural Science And Technology Park Ecological Project Of High Tech Zone

Project risk management is an important part of project management, is a set of solutions and methods to deal with various problems because of some uncertain factors produced,since the nineteen ninties, has been highly concerned by more and more enterprises. With the continuous development of market economy in China, the global integration process for deepening the impact of China’s economy, a lot of foreign theories and books about project risk management were quickly caught in China, thus the risk of enterprise management and the construction field management work is continuously available, the theory of risk analysis on the evaluation of the while fast applied to engineering project. Therefore, it brings more and more scholars to study the project risk management, the author is a member. The high tech Zone of Zibo agricultural science and Technology Park ecological on project of project risk management as an example.In the research of the author, by using literature method, observation method, interview method, statistical analysis method, case study method, experience summary method, quantitative analysis, summarized research methods of various methods. The main content of the research are as follows:first, the research of some specific description, mainly describes the technology route of research background, purpose and significance, main content, adopt, and the research of the domestic and foreign research present situation. Secondly, the theory related to the research are summarized, first outlined the concept of project risk, mainly from the definition of project risk and project risk measurement concept generalization are introduced; secondly, the project risk management risk identification method is summarized, mainly from the project risk management and project; finally, the AHP analysis introduction, mainly analyzes the basic steps of the concept and analysis method of AHP from AHP were introduced. Thirdly, according to the Zibo high tech Zone of agricultural science and Technology Park project as an example, applying the above theories to make a project risk analysis, and introduces the basic situation, from the project identification, the project’s risks based on the AHP analysis method for project risk evaluation. Fourthly, the risk response and control the hi tech Zone of Zibo agricultural science and Technology Park project planning, first of all, the specific concept of risk planning; secondly, the planning strategies of main risk factors, mainly from the main risk factors, avoidance of main risk factors transfer, main risk factor, the main risk factors of dispersed retention and the main risk factors of alternate measures; and the author put forward some suggestions on the project risk management, mainly from the main measures of project risk management planning, project control and monitoring and related aspects.
