With the development of economic system and technology, the competition of natural resources and capital has been gradually replaced by the competition of human resource. Human resource has already been the prior resource for enterprise development, human resource management is the determinant for the success of a corporation or a project.In C hina, there are about 70,000 to 80,000 construction projects every year, among these projects, over a thousand of them are massive investment construction projects. In the management of these construction projects, project huma n resource management is the core, it is very important at the beginning of the project and even more important in the implementation process, it has great impact on the realization of project objective. Therefore it is significant to build a scientific, practical and forward- looking project human resource management system to promote the economic benefits as well as the social benefits of internal construction projects.Based on the research on internal and external human resource management, in this essay, it gives an overview of the concepts and features of the construction projects and their human resource management, it also discusses the similarities and differences between the construction project human resource management and the general human resource management. Besides that, it implement a deeply systematic research on the human resource managements of construction projects.Next, in this essay, it uses the productivity construction project of the cables for JZXL’s smart grid as the research subject. By adopting some theoretic knowledge of project human resource management technology, tools and achievements, it analyzes the human resource organization structure, project team members acquirement, project team building and project team management. Based on these analyses, it establishes a scientific and adaptable organization structure which can well balances the features of function and project organization structure, coordinates project’s demand and competition for the resource of the functional departments; in this essay, it also helps to make the members selection process of project team building, by building a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model for project manager selection, it integrates qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, so that makes selection more objective and fair, it can also implement basic analysis of the team building procedure, cost and risk to ensure the project team can be built successfully; besides that, according to the characteristics of different procedures of project team, this essay illustrates how to make training plan, implement team building activities, solve and manage the conflict within the team, build the team members performance assessment system based on the characteristics of the project, by adopting the 360 ° performance assessment, it implement an overall assessment for the team members so that a scientific, completed and effective performance improvement system can be built, and the project team can have its own culture and good performance assessment environment.Last, based on the analysis of the empirical study, it puts forward some suggestions and expectations, and intends to promote the research of human resource management in C hina’s construction projects.
