The Research Of Evaluation Of The Green Technological Innovation Ability Of The Enterprise

With the rapid development of economy, the environmental problem is increasingly prominent. Green technology comes into people’s horizons as an effective way of sustainable development. With the application of green technology, the enterprise can improve the efficiency of Resource utilization as while as reduce emissions and pollution. Hence, encouraging enterprises to carry out the green technology innovation has both economic benefits and environmental benefits. To promote enterprises to carry out the green technological innovation ability, identifying the definition of green technology is the first of all. At the same time, effective incentive of green technology innovation based on the reasonable evaluation of enterprises’green technological innovation ability. Therefore, to establish a set of evaluation of enterprise green technological innovation ability index system is very important. It can help to improve domestic enterprises’green technology innovation ability and gradually form the sustainable competitive advantage.In this paper, consulted a large number of literatures at home and abroad, the definition of green technology is presented:Green technology is a system of technology which can reduce resource consumption in production, reducing emissions and to improve the ecological environment system. Enterprise’s green technology innovation ability is ability to plan, organize, implement and control including the output capacity engaged in the green technology innovation process. In order to make this article on the evaluation of green technology innovation more targeted and to have more guidance, this paper analyzes the present situation of our country enterprise in green technology innovation and the existing problems. Based on the characteristics of the connotation of green technology, this paper respectively analyzes the dynamic factors and resistance factors of the enterprises’ green technology innovation.According to these influencing factors, it is concluded in this paper that the green technological innovation ability of the enterprise includes the ability of investment, innovation、supporting and the quality of output. This research chooses the most representative indicators for each kind of ability, and an evaluating index system is established. After the comparison of the various evaluation methods, according to the characteristic of the index system, this paper adopts analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the index weight in combination with fuzzy comprehensive analysis to determine the parameter values to evaluate the final green technological innovation ability of the enterprise. In order to verify the index system is scientific and feasible, a cord manufacture enterprise is selected to do this empirical research. And some suggestions are given based on the results about the enterprises’green technological innovation ability evaluation.This paper gives an innovative system to evaluate the enterprises’green technological innovation ability, and the author integrates the approaches of AHP, questionnaires, quantitative and qualitative methods for the research of evaluation method. It expands the vision of the research of the enterprises’green technological innovation ability evaluation. Empirical studies confirm the evaluation system and evaluation method is scientific and feasible. This paper provides an effective method to evaluate the enterprises’green technological ability, and it can help the enterprises to have a better implement and management in green technology innovation.
