The casualty crisis events among college students is an important issue faced with our current higher education in china these years. The increasing casualty incidents in college let us not only recognize the importance of student management, but also that it is necessary to effectively prevent and resolve the crisis, if we do not cope with this immediately and scientifically,crisis event of college students not only affects the normal teaching order, management, the safety of teachers and students, but also affects the University’s reputation and image, directly exerting a negative influence on the reform and development of colleges and universities, stability, and even affect the stability and development of our society. In crisis management in Colleges and universities, the school is the carrier, students are the main body, and they are closely related with some crisis factors, and they are also the most groups who are affected by the crisis.students crisis management is an important new issue of crisis management in Colleges and universities, especially after the 911 incident, the international and domestic various crisis events occur increasingly go up, not only having a great impact on the society, but also causing the influence on College Students Management work.All kinds of students’ injury incidents occur on campus, causing great impact on the normal university teaching management order. Then, more and more people begin to pay attention to crisis management. Education departments have begun to pay attention to the college students crisis emergency management ability, they asked universities to pay attention to and cultivate contemporary college-students’ sense of crisis, to establish sound emergency prevention and treatment system. It is not long for foreign scholars in the field to start with the research, with a strong local color.This paper will be based on the principle of university crisis management process,based on the concept of emergency and contingency awareness, through the disposal of student casualties in Civil Aviation Flight University, by doing case analysis; we study in depth the emergency management system, the university emergency operation mechanism and safeguard system. On the basis of absorbing the domestic and foreign advanced experience and research results, we explore, try and prove new theories and new methods. We prevent, monitor, control and rehabilitate the influence factors on college students’ crisis management, which has important significance to theformation, promoting the ability of crisis management of University students. In a study of college students crisis management system, this paper makes comprehensive analysis from the horizontal longitudinal structure functions, crisis management development, do a comprehensive analysis of college students crisis management which is of great significance. In addition, this paper focuses on university crisis management system and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to development and evaluation, hoping to contribute with the study of crisis management to promote college students. In order that colleges and universities timely and effectively avoid all kinds of risks in the student casualty event or minimize damage, we provide reference for stability and development of colleges and universities.
