Study On Development Strategy Of Industrial Park In Xiangxi State Based On SWOT-APH Method

Industrial Park as an important platform for industrial development of a region, which has unique advantages for accepts industry transfer and invites investment. It’s also an important way to realize new industrialization. At all levels of government, which attaches great importance to the construction of industrial park development, focus on financial and material resources and intellectual vigorously set up industrial park. Through ten years of development, its features gradually form scale and investment increased remarkably, became the economic development boosters in Xiangxi. But in the process of development, there have been many problems, when face of problems, how to plan and implement compliance with the law of Xiangxi industrial park development and regional characteristics of the development strategy, improving the competitiveness of the park, it is a new subject to be considered in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.In this study, begin with the basic concept of industrial park, collation and analysis of regional economics cluster theory and aggregation theory, industrial economics growth pole theory and incubator space economics theory and the core- periphery theory and the theory of spatial diffusion. Combined with the actual situation in Xiangxi Industrial Park, use the Delphi method to determine the key elements of the industrial park strategy, while using SWOT-AHP analysis for this study. Second, use Analytic hierarchy AHP software build strategic level and calculate the matrix elements of the strategic elements combining weights, form the strategic quadrilateral structure and identified in Xiangxi Industrial Park should be used for type adjustment strategy and take advantage of external opportunities to make up for their lack of development, including the implementation strategy of differentiation characteristics, government-led strategy, strategy of industrialization and urbanization in hand and ecological protection and tourism development strategy. Finally, according the strategic objectives and strategic positioning, in order to protect the implementation of the strategy to promote the development of the park, we should the status quo of the park combine with the eight aspects of measures: the park space layout, industrial culture, management system, land performance, innovation systems, financing system, talent introduction and ecological environment.The innovation point of this essay is analyzing the minority areas of industrial park and the development strategy research combined the SWOT analysis method with AHP analysis method, which fills the study of industrial park development issues in the domestic.
