At present,in the process of China’s economy from high-speed development to highquality development,industrial economy is also transforming from extensive growth to concentrated high-quality development,and industrial parks play a very supportive role in local economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.Similarly,industrial parks have also made great progress under the dividend of rapid economic development and the continuous transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and a variety of industrial park models have been born.With the rise of the scientific and technological revolution brought by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Guangzhou,as a key city of the Greater Bay Area,will gradually develop into the most economically developed region with the strongest innovation ability by virtue of its regional,market economy and innovation ability.It will actively promote the development of industrial clusters and accelerate the cultivation of industrial parks.In the future,as an important engine of industrial development,industrial parks are bound to usher in a new round of development opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,which will be a "golden era" for the development of industrial parks in guangdong Pearl River Delta.At present,according to statistics,the number of various parks in Guangzhou exceeds 2,000,among which,the construction of industrial parks,high-tech parks and other industrial parks has been rapid development,the number of increasing.Regionally,the industrial parks are mainly distributed in the central and southern parts of Guangzhou.Enterprise A Industrial Park is an innovative technology industrial park independently managed and operated by Company A.The park has basically formed an industrial agglomeration development pattern driven by a new generation of information technology,intelligent electronics,and technology service industries.However,with the rapid development and intensified competition of various industrial parks in Guangzhou,the number of enterprises settled in the parks is also on a downward trend,which brings many disadvantages to the operation of the parks and faces difficulties in the future development prospects.This thesis takes the industrial park of ENTERPRISE A as the research object,uses PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces model and SWOT analysis to study the problems faced in the development of the industrial park of enterprise A and future development strategies.First of all,PEST,Porter five Forces model,SWOT and other analysis methods are used for in-depth analysis of the development environment of A enterprise industrial park,to discuss the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of A enterprise industrial park;Secondly,the development status and existing problems of enterprise A industrial park are analyzed.Finally,the thesis puts forward the future development strategy of A enterprise industrial park to get rid of difficulties,accelerate transformation and upgrading,improve quality and efficiency.The research shows that the industrial park of ENTERPRISE A has some problems,such as the restriction of the development mode of the industrial park,the insufficient internal management ability of the enterprise itself,the industrial cluster effect cannot be effectively played,the investment and financing channels are not smooth,and the government’s planning adjustment and policy have A great influence.Based on the environmental analysis and the development goals of enterprise A industrial park,enterprise A should adjust the industrial development mode of the park,improve the talent introduction mechanism,guide and strengthen the industrial cluster,improve the investment and financing mechanism,and strive for government policy support to promote the development of the industrial park.
